No Girls wines was created to express the terroir of La Paciencia Vineyard. Created by Elizabeth Bourcier, Cayuse Assistant Vigneronne, the wines have elegance and purity of fruit while still showing the classic, underlying terroir of the stones. Current wines of Grenache, Syrah and Tempranillo are sold directly to the No Girls Mailing List.

When Christophe planted Hors Catégorie Vineyard on a steep hillside overlooking the North fork of the Walla Walla River, it was the realization of a dream. Though the broken basalt soils are incredibly difficult to farm, he recognized it as a rare terroir, absolutely unique in America. The vineyard has two separate hillsides with slightly different exposures that create an incomparable wine-growing estate and an exciting, special wine. Currently, 1200 bottles are available to the Mailing List.
